"I just spent the past 4+ hours trying to figure out how to get code editor to apply PHP syntax coloring to files using a different extension for my CMS. After speaking with support via chat I discovered I could select language used for syntax coloring in the lower right hand corner. I'm requesting that this selection be allowed to persist either per file or by extension. ie. After selecting option for PHP for syntax highlighting present a pop up with "Apply this highlighting to all files of .INC extension? Y/N"
