Special Characters Dialog Box

I don't know if this would be considered a bug, but this is what the dialog box that pops up after inserting a special character looks like.

    Same bug using W7. To reproduce, try in inserting a non-breaking space using keyboard shortcut ctrl-shift-space. This was correct in V18. It looks like V19 was rushed out the door with minimal testing.

    Given the number of issues with V19 we've run into, I really regret upgrading from V18.
