a strange error about a font sharing violation is showing up in dreamweaver.

Some Extra info on this error. I am using Latest updated Dreamweaver and Win 10 x64. I get this problem randomly when I Ctrl+S but when I go to File->safe the file is gone and I save the file where it was. And while this is all happening Adobe CC cloud sync is saying "Unable to sync '_notes'".
Another piece of info is that I am getting lots of randomly .tmp files both ones starting with the name of the file and with names like MFCEB9F.tmp.
Also I'm not running a localhost "directly" on this machine. But in a VM using linux on the same machine. So I doubt it has anything to do with a server as I've seen said in the past with .tmp file.

I use LiveView, and every time I close DW with open file, and open only DW from shortcut, I got this alert.
Also, when I open the same file that I left open when I was closing DW, using "open with" from context menu, I got double amount of errors and two the same files open.
This error was in DW 2017 and DW 2018, did not use LV before so I don't know how long this goes back.
I use Windows 10 Pro x64 system.

I can't preview on mobile device anymore the qr code is to complicated end the url is not compleet

Can't make a "Make Link" anymore. or "Change Link" once it has been created. HATE NEW VERSION!!!!!!!!!!!!

FTP does not work on a consistent basis. Says file loads, but it does not.
Really annoying.
