    Hi All,

    Thanks for writing to us and apologize for the delay in reverting on this. Can you please help us with below info so that we can try to recreate the issue internally and investigate the issue accordingly.

    1. Dw version
    2. OS and machine details
    3. Is this consistently reproducible at all times, if not, have you seen any specific pattern where Dw gets into this issue.
    4. Does this issue happen with having any specific file type opened. If yes, please provide the file extensions.
    5. Are you opening the files from the current defined site which contains the files.
    6. Size of the files and defined site
    7. Does this happen with view combination of Code and Design view also or only when Code view and Live view is selected for the file view.

    Also, it would be great if we can have a remote connect session at convenient time (we will send the connect details privately) to you for debugging the issue since the issue is not reproducible internally.

    Thanks for writing to us. Can you please try resetting Dw app preferences and see if the problem is seen again. Also you can try few troubleshooting steps available at the below KB article. Please let us know if the issue gets resolved else we will further investigate the problem and try fixing the same.

    We hope you are doing well, continuing staying safe and healthy. We have addressed this issue where file modified time is displayed incorrect on downloading the file and fix is available in our latest Dw 21.1 update.

    Thanks for writing to us. We apologize for the issue you are facing. We are aware of this issue where incorrect date is getting displayed for local files in Files panel. We have investigated the issue internally and the fix for this issue should be available in next Dw update.

    Hence please update to the latest Dw version which shall be in available in next few days for having the issue resolved.

    Thanks for writing to us. We are able to recreate the issue and investigating the same internally. Issue is specific to Mac OS Big Sur where close button is not available in F&R window. As a work-around, please press Esc key to dismiss the dialog.

Can you please try docking Files panel in the workspace so that files panel does not show up on top of the file opened and do not block code/design/live views. Please let us know if docking the Files panel to the workspace by following the steps mentioned in the below KB article resolves the behavior. Also can you please help us with sharing a screen recording illustrating the issue or attach a screenshot so that we can try recreating the behavior internally and investigate further.

    Thanks for writing to us. Can you please confirm the code view font selected under Dw Preferences --> Fonts section and try performing below steps.

    1. Quit Dw and collect Adobe log collector tool logs by following the steps in the KB article at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html .
    2. Launch Dw and open preferences dialog under Dreamweaver menu
    3. Switch to Fonts section and kindly note the code view font name
    4. Change the code view font to something else (Times New Roman etc)]

    Please share Adobe log collector tool logs over any sharing tool like Dropbox, Drive etc and confirm the font name observed in Step 3.

    Please let us know if the above resolves the issue else we will further debug the issue.

    Please refer to the attached screenshot for locating code view font under Fonts section in Preferences dialog.

    Thanks for writing to us. We are unable to recreate the issue internally with Dw 21.0 on Win 10. Hence can you please provide the below info for recreating the issue internally and further debug the issue.

    1. OS and machine info where the issue is encountered
    2. Is the issue consistently reproducible and does the issue still encountered after restarting Dw
    3. Please try resetting Dw app preferences by following the steps in the below link and confirm if the issue gets resolved.

    Thanks for writing to us. We are unable to recreate the issue internally on Win 10 with Dw 21.0. Hence can you please confirm if you are on Code/Design/Live view where you are not seeing the customized items in Common toolbar. With respect to the Common toolbar, if you enable the checkmark for the items, some items will show up when you switch to Code view as per applicability of the item in Code/Design/Live view.

    Please see if the above clarifies the functionality else we can investigate the issue further.

Hence if possible can you please help us with the file content or share the file (email address sent to you in a private message) where you are encountering the "Irregular whitespace not allowed" error so that we can try at our end and investigate the behavior.

    Thank you for writing to us. We have found the root-cause of this issue and investigating the same.

    Please perform the below work-around to resolve the code view slow response issue and let us know if the issue gets resolved.

    1) Quit Dw and open Registry Editor in Windows (Start menu -> type Registry Editor OR Type regedit in Run window)
    2) Go to the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver 2020\
    3) Delete "Temp File List" folder (*before deleting the folder, recommend taking backup of the same by right clicking on the folder and Export)

    Thanks for writing to us. Can you please confirm if you had synced custom workspace settings successfully to cloud with Dw 20.2 before trying to download the settings in 21.0.

    You can also try to Import settings from previous Dw versions by following below steps:

    1. Open Preferences dialog --> Sync Settings category
    2. Check Import Sync Settings checkbox
    3. Restart Dw
    4. Click on Apply in Sync toast pop-up (wheel icon on top-right of Dw)

    Also, custom workspaces and keyboard shortcuts will sync only with same OS version and not cross-platform (Mac-Win). Hence please confirm if you had successfully synced the settings on the same OS platform with earlier Dw version.

    Thanks for writing to us. We are unable to recreate the issue internally. Since the issue is 100% reproducible on your machine, can you please help us with the below for further investigation.

    1. Any specific reproducible steps so that we can recreate the issue internally
    2. Is the issue file specific or occurs with all file (type of file html/css/js/php etc)
    3. If possible can you please share the test file if the issue is file specific
    4. OS and machine configuration details

    As a work-around, you can please try using 'Go to Line' available under Edit menu to set the IP at required line in code view so that you don't have to scroll through the page to find the IP.

    Keyboard shortcut for invoking 'Go to Line' in code view:
    Mac: Cmd+,
    Win: Ctrl+G

Hence could you please confirm if the issue is consistently encountered at your end and share us the screen recording (over Google drive/Dropbox etc) illustrating the steps to recreate the issue.
